Conflict is a part of daily life. Social stressors and crises like homelessness, racism and hunger can amplify conflict. Understanding why conflict happens can help us reduce tension, prevent violence, and create opportunities for connection and problem solving. The trainer for this event is Michelle Nelson, who comes with decades of experience in social work and organizational development.
