As part of the Stepping On Up plan, the Union Gospel Mission is seeking to build a new facility that will provide increased access to emergency food and hygiene services and add 40 units of housing for people experiencing homelessness. It will also serve as the entry point to services, hosting triage social workers that will work with people to identify and connect with shelter and other critical resources.
